We sponsored the “Tour of Japan (TOJ) Shinshu Iida Stage”

The International Bicycle Road Race “Tour of Japan Shinshu Iida Stage” was held in Iida City on Thursday, May 23.
The 120.9 km course, which starts and ends in front of the grounds of Shimohisakata Elementary School, is one of TOJ’s best “mountain stages” with a maximum slope of more than 10% and a height difference of more than 150m that climbs a mountain point at an altitude of 561m.
A total of 85 players from 16 teams, including 7 teams from overseas, competed in a heated competition.
Along the way, there were local elementary school students waving small flags and a corner serving grilled meat, and about 19,000 people watched the game, including those at the tournament headquarters.
